RESTOCKING

A 20% Restocking fee may be applied to returned merchandise.  All returns must be approved PRIOR to acceptance and credit issuance.

 

PRODUCT LISTINGS

Information contained in this website is subject to change without notice.  We are not responsible for typographical, technical, or descriptive errors of products. In the event that a product is listed incorrectly in any way (included but not limited to price, incorrect information due to typographical error or product information received from a vendor) we reserve the right to cancel the order whether or not your order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. Any charges incurred due to the above will be credited in a timely manner. Every attempt to remedy an incorrect order will be made in a timely manner and notification made to the customer as soon as possible.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

All requests for quotes will be followed up on and the requestor may be contacted for further information. Orders will be placed directly with Equipment Outreach, Inc. only after customer credit is established and credit criteria met.

Equipment Outreach accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Wire Transfer, Company Check (when current customer or pre-approved only and subject to credit evaluation)

Purchase orders or terms are only available to pre-qualified customers.

 

RETURNED CHECKS

A return check fee of $35.00 will be applied for returned checks.  In addition, terms of payment may be changed after a returned check is processed.

 

SALES TAX

All orders shipped to any location within California must be charged sales tax based on the local rate.  Equipment Outreach, Inc. operates within the State of California and is required to charge sales tax for all in-state sales.

 

QUOTES / ORDERS

All requests for quotes will be followed up on and the requestor may be contacted for further information. Orders will be placed directly with Equipment Outreach, Inc. only after customer credit is established. A request for quote is not an order.

Equipment Outreach, Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed over $200 must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance policies. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

 

SHIPPING

Equipment Outreach, Inc. ships all products via UPS, Federal Express or Common Carrier (LTL freight).  The Online Quote Store isa request for quote, not an order.  Orders will not ship until contact with you is made by our sales team.

 

Damage

If products are damaged in shipping it must be noted upon receipt so that the customer may make a claim with the shipping carrier.  All goods are packaged to prevent damage.  All damages must be noted with the driver on airbill or shipping documentation.

 

Missing items

Please be sure to check your packing slip for shipment verification.  Check that all boxes have arrived and are located together.  If items are missing, carefully check packing materials for missing items (especially small parts).  Please Contact us at 888-996-9968 if you are still missing an item before you throw away the box.

 

Deliveries

Shipments typically will take between 1 and 6 business days after leaving our facility, depending upon location.  Shipping carriers are good at estimating delivery times, but shipping delays can happen due to several factors.  We cannot guarantee time of delivery for any shipment.
