The Nellcor® DEC-4 and DEC-8 are reusable sensor extension cables of 4-foot (1.22m) and 8-foot (2.44m) lengths, respectively. The extension cable is designed for use to increase the cable length between a Nellcor sensor and a Nellcor oximeter, an instrument containing Nellcor oximetry, or a Nellcor-compatible instrument licensed to use Nellcor sensors.
