The “wedge” system is a simple and effective design concept for installing Shor-Line stainless steel run gates and panels to a new or existing room with sloped floors and a trough drain. Our wedge fits into an interlocking channel at the base of the side panel. The wedge conforms to the slope
- Recommended slope for kennel floors is 1/4″ minimum per foot. For example, a 6’ long run would have 1 1/2″ of slope from front to back. Optional stainless steel drain covers protects animals from waste in the drain trough, and restricts most toys and other pet items from going down the drain.
